I am a NJ shore-based artist that specializes in acrylic and ink pens. I’ve been creating visual art since I was young, doodling on napkins with my mother at the dinner table, but formal training never seemed to enter my sphere of interest. After years of experimentation and tinkering in makeshift studios constructed within small apartments or camper vans, I’ve found a style which I feel is an adequate receiver for the vision’s of my mind’s eye. The subjects are often mundane but they are given new life by the use of pleasing color palettes, illusions of shade and light and occasionally high levels of stylization. Architecture, symmetry and the tools of geometry are particularly captivating for me and these visual components are complimented by my hand built frames which house all of my work.
